This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies, nor does it rely on third-party analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are hosted directly on the website itself (see the video exception below). As a result, we do not require your consent for cookies.

Personal data

The contact form does not transmit data to any server: upon submission, it opens your email client with a pre-filled message, leaving the final decision to send it entirely up to you. Any data you send us via email or WhatsApp (name, contact info, and event details) is used strictly to reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Information is retained only for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship and fulfil legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, as well as to object to its processing, by contacting us at geral@culturalia.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

Videos

The About page features a YouTube-hosted video. No requests are sent to YouTube until you click the play button. Upon playback, the video loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), at which point Google’s privacy policy applies.

External links

Some links (such as WhatsApp or the Enchanté website) lead to third-party services, which operate under their own independent privacy policies.
